Visitchiletours assumes no responsibility if client is refused entry into a country. Conditions are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to vary itineraries or substitute hotels of similar standard if unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make these necessary.

Any changes or cancellations made more than 60 days prior to departure will result in the loss of $200 per person plus any penalties involved in the cancellation or change of the airline ticket or cruise (if applicable). Any changes or cancellations made within 60 days of departure, may result in the loss of the amount paid, and will be assessed on an individual basis.

Visitchiletours is not liable whatsoever for any claim arising out of or in connection with these packages, nor is it liable for loss of or damage or injury to property, or injury to person caused by reason of any defect, negligence or other wrongful act or omission by any transportation company, hotel, agency or any other cause beyond its reasonable control.
